Warranty & Complaints

At No. 106 Fashion, we take great care of our products and do our utmost to ensure everything reaches you in top condition. However, it's possible something might break during transport, or something else might go wrong, which would entitle you to a warranty .

Warranty

Notice anything? Please let us know within 14 days of discovering it. If it's under warranty, we'll repair it or send you a new product free of charge.

Important: We do not guarantee small parts such as buttons, beads, stones, shoulder pads or pilling (those little balls) that can occur on some fabrics.

Complaints

Do you have a complaint? The best way to contact us is by phone on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM , or by email.

  • Is it an incorrect or broken product? Please send us an email with photos; that helps us immensely!
  • Is your complaint about the delivery? We need to inform you that this is handled by a third-party company. You can choose to collect your package from us or have it shipped via DHL. If something does go wrong with DHL, we will of course do our utmost to resolve it for you as best as possible.
